I’m Ignazio D’Alessandro, the proud owner of Iggy’s Sober Living.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I started my career in sales, but over time I felt that I wanted to do something more rewarding with my life. So, after much soul searching, I decided to help members of my community overcome addiction as I saw that the number of people battling alcohol and drug-related issues was rising.

Therefore, I carried out meticulous research, which made me realize that many addicts went back to their old ways soon after leaving treatment centers, as they did not have the coping skills or support to assimilate back into everyday life.

I felt that these individuals needed more than just counseling to face reality and avoid a relapse. So, I designed a unique methodology and set up an alcohol and drug rehab center in Toronto, ON, in 2010.

Over the past decade, I’ve helped copious amounts of individuals through tough times by assisting them with early recovery. Clients come to my center broken and confused, but I ensure that they are ready to face the world when they leave.

My philosophy is that if my team takes the time to love and believe in clients, it will eventually rub off on them and they will believe in themselves. Therefore I go the extra mile by staying by their side and letting them know that they’re not alone.

Consequently, I’m open-minded, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my patience and tolerance. I enthusiastically work hard to uphold the honest principles that I preach, which has made me successful.

As a result, when my clients stay clean and sober by following my core values, it fills me with immense satisfaction. There is nothing more fulfilling than watching a newcomer function in society and be of use once again.

When I’m not counseling, I love reading spiritual books, which I feel greatly helps me in my daily endeavors.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
