Iggy’s sober Living is a private community helping residents reintegrate back into society, re-establishing healthy relationships with family, employers and schools. Our teams’ goal is to provide our residents with support through individual counselling, group counselling, relapse prevention planning, anger management, 12 step philosophy and life skills. Our goal is also to ensure that our residents achieve their short and long-term goals through acquiring the right tools to ensure abstinence from all mind-altering substances.

Our mission is to transition our clients back into their everyday life, recognize and recover from the effects of addiction and to ultimately live fulfilling and rewarding lives. The opportunity to reunite our clients back into school, work and their families and back into society is nothing short of a miracle. We provide an environment that’s comfortable, secluded and serene, where our clients are able to find the personalized and cohesive care required in building the foundation for long term success.

What we provide:

• A safe environment for those who have just completed a program at an addictions centre and are not ready to go home. An environment that’s comfortable, secluded, and serene, where our clients are able to find the personalized and cohesive care required in building the foundation for long term success.
• Individual counseling and therapy: This gives the client the opportunity to discuss and work through issues that are triggering and threaten their recovery, thereby increasing their resilience against these triggers.
• Relapse prevention: Iggy’s Sober Living provides an intense relapse prevention program which will ensure the clients recovery due to the fact they will be aware of old behaviour and old way of thinking. The Relapse prevention program will introduce the client to new behaviours and healthy boundaries. A Healthy environment all around.
• Integration back to society, families, employers, school: Iggy’s Sober Living's main goal is to help the clients reintegrate back into society with the right tools in order to be successful at work, in relationship with families, friends, and having a sound sober community around them.
• Group meetings: Iggy’s Sober Living provides support meetings and 12 step meetings which introduces them to other addicts that are in successful in recovery.
• Online Alcohol/ Drug Counseling: Iggy’s Sober Living services are available online, which includes one on one counselling, group meetings, 12 step meetings and peer support.
• Aftercare: Iggy’s Sober Living is proud of its aftercare program which keeps the client in everlasting recovery mode. This is accomplished by speaking with their peers, and alumni.
• Family Program: Iggy’s Sober Living provides a program for the families of the addict. We at Iggy’s Sober Living believe that addiction is a family disease, and everyone is affected and is deserving of recovery.
